You can download an entry form by clicking below. Artwork, along with signed agreement and entry form, is to be delivered to the Durango Arts Center on Tuesday, June 1 between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. (Notice: the times to deliver work have been inadvertently omitted on the entry form; please make a note of the times to deliver your work.)
